Sip the slopes: A guided exploration of Etna DOC wines with the owner.
 
Upon arrival at our wine estate in Rovittello - Castiglione di Sicilia, the owners will welcome guests with a glass of Casale 120 Etna DOC wine to set the mood. From there, they will be guided for an the interactive tour of the historical vineyard where guests will learn all about the Etna viticulture on the lavaslopes of the volcano. It includes a tasting of a selection of 4 of our Etna DOC wines originating from different slopes of the volcano and different vintages. The tasting will take place in the vineyard or in the restored historical manor house.
