Etna contrada premium tasting: exploring the terroir of north and east slopes
Service Description
During the interactive tour of the historical vineyard in Contrada Picciolo and tasting we will tell you all about the viticulture on the Etna north and Etna East lavaslopes. We will let you taste a selection of 6 premium Etna Bianco from Milo and Etna Rosso from Castiglione di Sicilia. The tasting will take place in the vineyard or in the restored historical manor house. ∙ visit with the owner of the Rovittello historical vineyard ∙ guided wine tasting of 6 Etna DOC wines ∙ served with olives, woodoven baked bread and our own Extra Virgin Olive Oil ∙ duration: 1,5 hour You may also add a dish featuring local products for an additional cost of €14 per person.
