Service Description

During the interactive tour of the historical vineyard and tasting we will tell you all about the Etna viticulture on the lavaslopes of the volcano. We will let you taste a selection of 4 Casale 120 wines originating from different slopes. The tasting will take place in the vineyard or in the restored historical manor house. ∙ visit with the owner of the historical vineyard ∙ guided wine tasting of 4 wines ∙ served with olives, woodoven baked bread and our own EVO ∙ pairing with a selection of Etna traditional cheeses and local bread from the woodoven, seasonal vegetables from the garden, selection from the grill, fruit, local sweets, coffee ∙ duration: 2,5 hours ∙ from 6 to 30 persons
