BECOME A CROWDFUNDER OF OUR VINEYARD

After a successful first harvest in 2020, we are now fully preparing for this year's harvest. We can now follow it closely ourselves (last year we were in lockdown in Palermo) and thus we are doing a lot of work in the vineyard. Recuperate parts of the vineyard, taking care of old plants, adapted winter pruning, placing poles and tie the vines to it and we have prepared a piece of land for planting.

How can you support us? Very simple: by buying the wine package 'Crociere'. There are 70 packages for 200 Euro available with almost all Casale 120 options that we will have in the next 2 years. This package will be delivered to you shortly before Christmas of 2023.

If you don't want to wait that long, there is the Upapa package with the Etna Rosso red wine from our 2020 harvest.
The first Etna Rosso red wine of our 2020 harvest will be available in autumn for consumption of which consists the Upapa pack.
There are 100 print runs available for 140 Euro. This pack will be delivered to you before Christmas of 2021, accompanied by a Casale 120 gift.

Stay at the wine estate
A fan of Casale 120 but not a wine fan? Because we will be much helped with your support, we have put together the Himantopus himantopus package for experience on and around our wine estate. Think of accommodation, Etna outing, Casale 120 taste. The reservations we can take starting October 2022 till the end of 2025.

Why a crowfunding?

Casale 120 vineyard 2020-2023
See our crowdfunding as selling the wine ahead with the aim of helping to finance the purchase of materials and machines including a 2-wheeled tractor with frais and cart, specific tools, chestnut poles for the vines, vines, humus, 5 wine barrels of which 2 of oak and wine bottles. In addition, we outsource certain work to contractors, such as preparing the land for planting and heavier maintenance.

Half of the 2020 harvest will be bottled in June, part of which will be available for consumption in the autumn. We let the other part ripen for a year. The other half will be in barrels for 18 months and then in bottles for 6 months, so will be available for consumption in late autumn 2023. That is why we will be able to offer our best-representative package by the holiday season of 2023. We will produce Etna Bianco white wine from 2021.
